Who we are

Localization Ventures LLC ("LV", "we", "us") operates this website at localization-ventures.com. We are registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact: info@localization-ventures.com.

What data we collect

We collect only the personal data you voluntarily submit through our contact form: full name, company name, email address, phone number, service category, subject, and message. We also log standard server-access metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

Purpose and lawful basis

We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up on potential business engagements. Under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (pre-contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in operating the business and responding to inbound inquiries), processing is lawful.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the most recent interaction, then deleted unless ongoing engagement requires longer retention. Server-access logs are rotated weekly and retained no longer than 90 days.

Third parties and CDN

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). This causes your browser to share its IP address with Google for the duration of the font request. We use no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, and no social plugins on this site.

Your rights

Where GDPR or comparable law applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, email info@localization-ventures.com. We respond within 30 days.

International transfers

Data submitted via the contact form is stored on infrastructure operated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where transfers occur (Google Fonts CDN), they rely on Google's published Standard Contractual Clauses.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. EU residents may contact the supervisory authority of their member state. KSA residents may contact the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
